The work contains information on clinical course of psoriasis with associated pathobiology of liver and kidneys. It has been established that discovered changes of functions of liver and kidneys of the psoriatic patients which give the pathologic influence on the course of psoriasis. Reverse correlated connection of the level of (ALT, AST) with clinical signs of the process of psoriasis on skin and joints; and direct correlated connection between the level of contentes of ALT, AST and the change of absorbing and secretory functions hepatocytes of the psoriatic patients has been proved. The change of coefficient of De Ritis, blood creatinin, reduction of secretion of gipur acid in Quick - Pytel test so on testify about the change of detoxicative function of liver and kidneys and promote to the development endogenous toxicopathy. The complex therapy of psoriatic disease with associated disease of liver and kidneys with making use of natural mineral sorbent (medical bentonit) promotes to the clinical recovery; reduces the cure term, increases remission length.
